Join Us

To join Elderwise, download the registration form, fill it out, and mail it to the Elderwise office with your $25 membership fee. This Elderwise membership year is from September 1, 2009 through August 31, 2010. A membership card will be issued upon payment.

Although you do not have to be a member to take advantage of Elderwise courses, becoming a member makes you eligible for important membership 'perks,' such as a reduced rate on Elderwise courses, some free courses, voting privileges, and receipt of the Elderwise newsletter "Pathways" three times a year.
